2. What Data We Collect

We process only the data strictly necessary to provide our services:

• Contact data: name, email address, phone number — when you request a quote or start a project.
• Project data: briefs, content, images, brand assets, and any access credentials you share — used solely to deliver the agreed work.
• Analytics data: anonymized usage statistics via Google Analytics (see Section 6).

3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Art. 6(1)(b): Processing necessary for performance of a contract (webdesign, visual creation, copywriting, maintenance).
• Art. 6(1)(f): Legitimate interest in website analytics and security.
• Art. 6(1)(a): Consent for non-essential cookies (analytics).

4. Confidentiality

All client briefs, files, content, and access credentials are treated as confidential by default. We do not share, publish, or reuse this material outside the agreed project. A formal Non-Disclosure Agreement can be signed on request before any sensitive files or credentials are exchanged.

5. Data Retention

Contact and invoicing data is retained for 7 years to comply with Belgian accounting law, then permanently deleted. Project files and content are retained for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable archival period (typically 12 months after delivery), unless a different retention is agreed in writing. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability
• Lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD)

7. Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. Analytics cookies are only set after you consent via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time.

9. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including HTTPS encryption, secure file storage for client materials, restricted access to credentials, and regular security reviews.
